Additional price information

Prices are inclusive for 6 persons. For each additional person over 6 a supplement of 15 Euros per person per week will be applied to cover additional utilities charges and general wear and tear.
A daily concierge/caretaker service is available during summer lets. All maintenance needs will be dealt with.
Daily delivery of basic provisions (bread, milk etc) may be arranged if required at no extra charge (during peak season).

Payment in US Dollars or Euros must be agreed in advance with owner and will be based on exchange rate on day of application.

Changeover day: Saturday Arrival: 4.00 pm Departure: 10.00 am

30% deposit to be sent on booking, and the remainder to be paid 4 weeks prior to commencement of letting.

Bed linen and towels will be supplied free of charge, but a cheque of £100 is required as a security deposit. This will not be banked and all being well, will be returned, at end of letting.
